Just another day

As normal I woke up went to the toilet which has instigated a pain flare and so begins 'just another day'. Today I wanted to share some pictures of my flare aftermath/semi active. Now they say CRPS is invisible this is not true its very clear!

~ Bruising appears and it feels like someone has stepped on my foot with steel caps and broken my bones.

~ It feels like it was hit with a sledge hammer and my ankle has shattered in to fragments - there is bruising, swelling and a lot of pain.

~ Lastly, in this photo you can see the indents and on top; 3 faint marks that are like burning hot fluid on my skin.
